Beyond his online persona, the life of Lou-chan is drenched in mystery. For the feet part, he loves to share every step of the way. From the looks of it, Lou-chan doesn’t live in Japan but visits often for intense hit and run sessions with as many feet as he can find.

In his bio he writes: “I like being stepped on with thick soles the best, but of course I also like all kinds of other girls' shoes.” It's unclear how Lou-chan comes across these 'thick soles.' While most of his interactions involving shoes, feet, and other body parts seem intentional, he doesn't seem deterred by approaching strangers on the street, often ending up with their boots in his mouth.

In 2018, Lou-chan gained widespread attention when bystanders at Shibuya station witnessed a woman he only recently met standing on his face. The incident quickly went viral, even making it to Japanese TV.

How he gets strangers to agree and follow along in his erotic craving remains a mystery. Just imagine this taking place in any city outside of Japan. Yet Lou-chan’s abundance of posts indicate he has enough candidates, and even became a type of role-model in Japan, obviously for a very specific audience.
