This November, Maison Margiela will introduce its exciting 2024 Artisanal Collection in Tokyo, featuring a rich exhibition alongside several temporary displays.

The collection will be showcased on three locations, starting with an exhibition above the Margiela boutique in Ebisu. The exhibition will offer an in-depth exploration of the haute couture collection, diving into the intricacies of its original designs through a concept created by Creative Director John Galliano.

Meanwhile, Dover Street Market Ginza will transform its façade to reflect the spirit of the collection, reflecting the rainy, moonlit atmosphere of nighttime Paris with its signature lampposts and arch bridges. From October 26 to November 24, the store’s windows will feature original looks from the show, an installation creation in collaboration with celebrated manga artist Tite Kubo. A dedicated space on the third floor of Dover Street Market Ginza will showcase a curated ‘bookshelf’ that embodies the essence of the 2024 Artisanal Collection and draws from Galliano’s extensive research.

Lastly, a look from the collection will be showcased in the windows of the Maison Margiela Omotesando boutique.
