UNDERCOVER has teamed up with Sanrio for a unique collaboration celebrating five decades of Sanrio’s most cherished characters. Featuring Hello Kitty, Patty & Jimmy, and My Melody, this collection pays tribute to their timeless appeal through a modern fashion lens.

An Anniversary to Remember

In honor of the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty and Patty & Jimmy, this collection reimagines these beloved characters alongside My Melody in a lineup of both clothing and accessories. The designs feature classic Sanrio imagery with a fresh twist using beadwork and sequins, and yes, it works.

The collection includes pieces, such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, tote bags, caps, and pouches. The sweatshirts have three different cuts: oversized crewnecks, high-low hem pullovers, and cozy hoodies, with muted color tones allowing the embroidered characters to shine through

The collaboration showcases the enduring charm of Sanrio’s characters while embracing UNDERCOVER’s streetwear style, bridging the gap between quirky and edgy. My Melody’s bunny ears, Hello Kitty’s cuteness, and the classic charm of Patty & Jimmy are brought to life.

The collection will first be available for pre-sale on November 20 at two locations: the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building and Nagoya Mitsukoshi. A wider release follows on November 23, when the items will become available at UNDERCOVER stores across Japan and online at undercoverism.com.
